Lodging Director – Part-Time Contract Job at York County Community College
POSITION SUMMARY:The part-time Lodging Director must be available two weekends per month. One weekend involves onsite, 24 hr. supervision of the lodging facility ensuring the safety and security of the student lodging in the absence of the Director of Resident Life. The second weekend would be to assist on a weekend trip. The part-time Lodging Director must also be available to cover an occasional weeknight in the event the Director of Lodging is unavailable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree and 1 year of relevant work experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following;
· Effectively respond to student problems, inappropriate behavior
· Safeguard the health and safety of lodging students
· Support lodging assistants
· Corresponding with Hotel staff
· Other duties as assigned
SALARY/BENEFITS: The pay rate for this position is to be determined. Room and meal covered in full when working scheduled, onsite weekend.
