Location Supervisor Job at Elon Dining -Qdoba
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong work ethics and above average customer service to internal and external customers. Punctuality and attendance is a MUST. This is a hands on position.
Assist management in all aspects of daily responsibilities.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure staff is working together as a team by motivating and coaching employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
