The Loan Servicing Specialist I provides assistance in all aspects for various Loan Officers and Loan Assistants. The Loan Servicing Specialist I performs various loan servicing-related duties, such as uploading loans to 20/20, loan payment posting, processing payoff requests, extension/deferral agreements, loan payments via credit card, preparing various reports, verifying file maintenance and imaging documents. The Loan Servicing Specialist I is expected to work well with others and maintain courteous and professional communications with coworkers and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
- Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of credit administration experience or equivalent educational experience.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
(hours may vary based on business needs)
