We are looking for new members to join the PlumpJack Culinary Team. Being a Line Cook at PlumpJack is dynamic. It means Banquets, Dining Room and Bar. You will have access to high quality ingredients and an opportunity to further your knowledge not just with food, but wine, beer, and spirits too.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Slicing, Dicing, Roasting, Poaching, Baking, Making, Storing, Pouring, Blending, etc. etc.
On the line, you will have the responsibility of cooking and plating entrees, salads, and desserts.
Certifications:
Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card
