Our expectations of you:
- Report to work on time and ready to work scheduled shifts.
- Keep a clean and organized work station before, during, and following service.
- Prepare all menu items according to recipe and meet Looking Glass Hospitality quality standards and specifications
- Follow all food safety procedures and regulations, including proper knife skills and safety
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Participate in any restaurant meetings and/or training sessions
- Good communication with other team members
- A willingness to do whatever is needed to take care of our guests
- Physical Demands: This job requires standing for long periods of time and continuous movement such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
