Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a beautiful mountain community in Boone, NC is now under the direction of a new Executive Chef who is seeking motivated line cooks with 3+ years' experience in hyper local, farm fresh, scratch made foods. Creativity, organization, cleanliness, attention to detail, and utmost respect for the ingredients and team are needed to thrive in this chef driven environment.
The position is full time or part time and pay rate is starting at $15 -$20 and is competitive and commensurate with experience.
A bonus of $500.00 will be discussed during the interview stages. This is received by employees who stay employed for at least 6 months and performance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Maturity of judgment and behavior.
- Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful.
- Must comply with any dress code requirements.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
