Responsabilidades Esenciales:

• Barrer o aspirar y / o pase un trapeador húmedo en pisos de superficie dura y pisos alfombrados.
• Quite el polvo de las superficies de trabajo, otros muebles y otras superficies horizontales y verticales.
• Limpiar paredes y muebles, puertas, tapices, zócalos, etc.
• Limpiar baños, incluidos inodoros, urinarios, mamparas, lavabos, mostradores, espejos, pisos y paredes.
• Reponga suministros en baños, salas de descanso y cocina.
• Limpiar el cristal de entrada y otros cristales interiores.
• Retire la basura de los contenedores y reemplace los forros rotos o sucios.
• Informe al supervisor sobre problemas de mantenimiento de edificios y equipos.
• Llegue al trabajo (ubicación del cliente) a la hora programada, realice los servicios según los estándares establecidos y asegúrese de que las instalaciones del cliente estén cerradas y aseguradas cuando termine y se vaya.
• Responda de manera positiva y rápida a las órdenes de trabajo de los clientes.
• Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad relacionados con la realización de tareas, el uso de productos o suministros y la notificación de incidentes.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Trash Hauling
• Sweep or vacuum and / or wet mop hard surface floors and carpeted floors.
• Remove dust from work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean walls and furniture, doors, tapestries, baseboards, etc.
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Stock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and kitchen.
• Clean the entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or dirty liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Arrive at work (customer location) at the scheduled time, perform services to established standards, and make sure the customer's premises are closed and secured when you are done and leave.
• Respond positively and quickly to customer work orders.
• Comply with all security policies and procedures related to performing tasks, using products or supplies, and reporting incidents.
