Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Full time positions available.
• Paid hourly range from $15 to $20, based on experience.
• Previous experience not a requirement. We will train you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Cutting, hand drilling, prepping, and gluing together components.
• Must have attention to detail and strive for zero defects and continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet or exceed production quotas after sufficient time and training.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team as needed.
• Adheres to all workplace and trade safety laws, regulations, standards, and practices.
• Dependable and able to work less or additional hours if needed.
• Able to achieve and enjoy high levels of multi-tasking
• Performs responsibilities with a friendly, professional, considerate and attentive manner with coworkers and staff.
• Able to draw upon excellent listening and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to train in other positions within the department as needed to help fill vacancies such as absences, vacations, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Drug test
• Background test
• Ability to work 5 days/week
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting, but we will train you.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to count.
• Comfortable working with exposure to outside temperatures (hot and cold)
