Life Insurance Case Designer Job at Pinnacle Insurance and Financial Services
As a Case Design Specialist you will work directly with agents and internal business partners to process requests for whole life, indexed universal life and universal life illustrations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service through written correspondence and personal contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Be able to use proprietary and third-party life illustration systems to produce case design recommendations
- Use communications skills to pinpoint what kind of needs each client has when illustrating a life insurance quote
- Work with internal and external customers to manage a high volume of illustration requests
- Back-up support for incoming agent calls
Additonal
- WinFlex or Ensight experience a plus
- Ipipeline and I-go experience a plus
Requirements
- 1-3 years financial services experience
- College degree preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Case design experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience
- Knowledge of general life underwriting guidelines
- Previous experience with life and/or annuity illustration software
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
