The Clinician is responsible for providing direct counseling in a private practice setting with options for individual, couples, and/or family therapy services for clients seeking counseling for a variety of daily struggles, life events, crises, or unknown emotional difficulties. You will demonstrate expertise in clinical assessments, treatment planning, discharge/continuing care planning & maintaining professional, thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Masters level or higher counseling license. (We are not accepting Associates at this time)
• Eligible licenses include LPC, LCSW, and LMFT (Must be licensed in Texas)
• Must obtain professional liability insurance.
• Ability to work within a team dynamic while maintaining an individual therapeutic style Effective organization & time management skills

Preferred:

• In-office availability
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience working with a broad range of issues and client populations
• Evening and weekend hours

Job Type:

• W2
• Part-Time 10-20 hours per week with the option to increase to Full-Time
• Full-Time 32-40 hours per week (Health Insurance Eligible)
• 1099 Contract options available
• In-office and telehealth hybrid schedules are available
