At Rolling Fields, a Heritage senior living community in Conneautville, PA, we're looking for a BAYLOR (WEEKEND ONLY) LPN'S to join our team! In this role, you will work 24 hours over two days, but get paid for 32 hours, and have access to our full line of benefits!
We are looking for BAYLOR LPN'S for our 2nd and 3rd shifts on weekends.

Your position will play a direct role in the care of our most vulnerable population, our seniors. You will work directly each day with our teams to care for our residents.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and holds current license with the PA state board of nurse examiners.
- Advanced preparation in geriatrics or a genuine interest in geriatric long term care.
- Experience in administrative and supervisory abilities.
