We are a small, privately owned skilled nursing facility in the heart of Lakewood. We care for 65 residents. Mapleton has a truly home like environment where relationships matter.
We have a very cautious admissions process, we have tenured departmental leadership (the average tenure is 14 years).
We are currently looking for a LPN Charge nurse 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday and Monday with other shifts available.
LPN Medication Nurse 6pm-6:30amFriday, Saturday, Sunday and other shifts as available
These shifts both have a second nurse on the unit to support the charge and the medication position, allowing a nurse to have the time to be proud of their care.
We are very well staffed, and we screen all new residents and families to ensure our caregivers can meet their needs. We have stable nursing leadership.
