Gaggle is dedicated to helping individuals receive free mental health services by partnering with schools to provide teletherapy to students and school staff. Sessions are funded by schools so there is no out-of-pocket cost to clients.

About the Role:

As an independent contractor for Gaggle, you’ll have the ability to manage your own schedule and caseload. We handle all other aspects of the practice, including client onboarding and billing.

Therapists are reimbursed per session and reimbursed partially for no-shows.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients focused on helping them improve their mental health
• Focus on interventions, providing clinical treatment to address existing symptoms and improve well-being
• Use many strategies to help students build resilience, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and more

Requirements:

• Independent license to practice therapy (e.g. LPC, LCSW) OR supervised associate license (e.g. LPC-A, LMFT-A)
• Must be comfortable in an ambiguous start-up environment, as process improvements continue to be implemented
• Strong technology skills
• 2+ years of counseling experience
• Must have own professional and general liability insurance
