Daily leads provided (both inbound calls and real-time web leads) for agents to close.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field Inbound Calls from new prospects.
• Make Outbound calls to leads provided by the agency.
• Manage Leads and Pipelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• A valid Insurance license.
• At least 1 Year of sales experience in Personal and/or Commercial lines.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Salesforce and Applied EPIC (or similar systems) experience is a PLUS.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Have a POSITIVE Attitude, be a Self-Starter, be ready to work hard, and have fun doing it.

• $50k+ Base Salary plus Commission
