Elysian Wellness and Aesthetics is a small, comprehensive medical clinic specializing in weight management, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics and are looking to add a Medical Esthetician to our team!

Our new team member should have an upbeat, friendly personality, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone wanting to build and maintain lasting relationships with both our Elysian team, as well as our patients.

This position may initially be a hybrid position, assisting as a Patient Care Coordinator and Aesthetic Assistant while building your clientele base.

Licensed Esthetician job responsibilities:

• Performs professional quality facials, waxing, body treatments, etc. within scope of practice and licensing, based on patient’s individual needs. Providing luxury experiences in a comfortable, safe environment is our team goal for all patients.
• Build positive and productive long-term relationships with patients
• Assists in promotion of the health and wellness benefits to patients receiving routine skincare.
• Educates patients about products, services, and promotions offered by Elysian.
• Assists in the cleanliness of the location (treatment rooms and common areas).
• Creates excellent patient experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Completes chart documentation accurately and completely in a timely-manner.
• Schedules patients for appropriate services; cross-promotes services as appropriate that other team members provide
• Promotes various clinic promotions to patients, increase sales through patient engagement, social media management.
• Participates in continuing education, training, and learning opportunities.
• Follows all company policies and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Esthetician Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation; detail-oriented and ability to multi-task isimportant
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written); good telephone skills required
• Courteous and professional manner
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus current esthetician license in the state of Oklahoma, without restrictions
• Knowledge of and experience in performing facials and other aesthetic services is required; knowledge of medical aesthetics preferred
• Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetic services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Esthetics License
• Participation in continuing education to improve effectiveness required annually

At least one year experience required. The right candidate should have established clientele and experience in, or is interested, in medical aesthetics. We are looking for someone interested in training and expanding their services, including laser services microneedling, medical-grade skin care, etc. Schedule may be flexible and is open for discussion. We're looking for someone wanting to grow with our business and find a permanent work home.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
