MAPP has two offices - at THH Pediatrics in Germantown and Metropolitan Pediatrics in North Bethesda.

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Analyze and identify behavioral or emotional patterns that can assist patients in better understanding and predicting behavior
• Establish treatment plans and therapeutic procedures, as well as track client progress via regular interactions or sessions

• Provide therapy to individuals, groups, or families in-person or virtually
• Conduct psychological assessments of children and adolescents
• Provide ongoing consultation to families with behavioral health needs
• Consult with primary care pediatricians on treatment plans and interventions
• Document session notes in an electronic health records system

• This position requires passage of the EPPP (Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology)
• Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills
• Must have 1-3 years of supervised professional experience in a clinical setting
• Must have a master’s degree and a Doctorate of Psychology (PhD, EdD, PsyD)
• Current state licensure approved by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards) in the state you practice

• Availability for one evening a week or weekends
• Demonstrated specialty in child and adolescent therapy or family therapy
• Willingness to collaborate with others
• Organized and efficient
• Strong empathy and communication skills

With a combined 43 years of pediatric services, MAPP manages and represents the collaboration of two established, independent practices in Montgomery County: Metropolitan Pediatrics and THH Pediatrics.

Initiated in January 2020, MAPP united 14 pediatric providers with the goal of delivering compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based pediatric care.
