A foster care and adoption agency is looking for an individual with their LCPAA license to serve as the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for human resources, overseeing case management, and program planning.
- Provide leadership, assistance, supervision, training, and support to staff members.
- Involvement in staffing issues.
- Knowledge of the DFPS minimum standards.
- Handle admissions and discharges with team.
- Maintain compliance with DFPS minimum standards and contracts.

- Proven Leadership and Experience with the Texas Foster Care System
