This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified applicants to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
Note: The starting monthly salary is at the minimum rate of pay advertised above.
Shift Work : Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shift work, including evenings and weekends.
As a condition of employment with the State of Hawaii some positions may require that all qualified external candidates who have been given a conditional offer of employment to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and shall be fully vaccinated by his/her/their employment start date. Perform moderately complex clerical and related library support work; and perform other related duties as assigned.
To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:
General Experience: One year of clerical work experience which demonstrated knowledge of spelling, arithmetic, the ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions, and compare words and numbers quickly and accurately.
The General Experience must also demonstrate knowledge of and ability to perform various clerical procedures, operate various kinds of office equipment, and deal with others in a tactful and polite manner.
