Legal Assistant Job at California Personal Injury Attorneys
Exciting opportunity to work in a Law firm environment that feels more like a family. We are seeking a Full-Time Case Manager/Legal Assistant for a personal injury firm in Encino. A college-level degree is strongly desired. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, organization skills the ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
Job Duties:
-Answer multiple phone lines for respective offices, take detailed messages, transfer calls accordingly
-Take initial intake of potential clients
-Greet office clients and guests
-Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: faxing, photocopies, scanning and mailing
-Collecting, Sorting and distributing mail
-Scheduling appointments
-Calendaring events
-Requesting medical records
-Have an understanding of property damage and the process involved
-Assisting legal assistants and attorneys when needed
