The right candidate for this position would possess the following attributes:
* Previous leasing experience preferred but not required
*Previous YARDI voyager experience preferred but not required
*Bilingual Preferred
* Strong sales and closing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Well organized and self starter
* Experience preferred with preparing and presenting lease agreements, addendum's, paperwork, and renewal agreements
* Ability to learn surrounding market and stay on top of ever changing rental rates and specials being offered at your location as well as at your competitor's locations
