GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Savoy Apartments is looking for a superstar customer service pro to assist the on-site Property Manager in all aspects of leasing at our 252-unit community located in Overland Park, KS.
Duties include:
- working with future residents
- resident retention
- marketing
- social media
- preparing lease packets
- reports
The perfect candidate would:
- be detail oriented
- have excellent communication skills
- have outstanding customer service skills
- be able to multi-task
- have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- have the ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors
