This role is designed for both entry-level and experienced real estate professionals. We have the onboarding and training resources you need to launch a successful real estate career. If you are already in real estate, this is a way to translate your hard work into 2-3x the productivity of a traditional Apartment Locator.

This is a 1099 (commission-only) role. Passionate about sales? We pay UNCAPPED commission. Average compensation ranges from $75,000 - $150,000/year, but it requires commitment and hard work.

What Will You Do?

• Own and build apartment relationships from company-provided and self-procured leads to ensure your clients find the perfect apartment.

• Communicate with clients through phone, text, email, etc.

• Utilize our in-house CRM to curate apartment lists for your clients before passing the list off to our operations team, who will schedule the tours for you!

• Collaborate with our operations team, touring team, and building partners (all working on YOUR behalf) to deliver an exceptional client experience and close leases.
