DePaul Management is looking for a Leasing Agent for Beacon Pointe and Water’s Edge Apartments in Philadelphia, PA.
What we are looking for:
° Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales
° Team orientated outlook
° Excellent interpersonal skills
° Detailed oriented perspective and follow through capabilities.
The ideal candidate will:
° Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy, then while they are residents as well!
° Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
° Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs.
° Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective
° Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality.
Additional Qualifications:
° Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required.
° Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
° Sales-driven and team oriented personality
° Excellent communication skills.
