What Your Impact Will Be:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you willsupport the development, analysis, and forecasting of Mattel’s financial plan. You will work across internal finance organizations and/or cross-functional business units including Strategic Planning, Controller’s office, Operations Finance, Global Brand Teams, Marketing, IT, Sales and more.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Financial/P&L analysis
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly gain proficiency in financial systems
- Experience in consumer products, retail, licensing, entertainment, or investment banking/private equity preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
