SUMMARY: The position Leadership Training Staff will assist of training weekends for our residential outdoor education program at Waskowitz Outdoor School. Responsibilities include teaching leadership classes, facilitation of games, songs and a variety of duties required to operate a Residential Outdoor Environmental Education program. Overnight programming requires some overnight stays on selected weekends.
