The Goddard School in Lakeville, a high quality Early Childhood Development program has an opening for a Lead Preschool teacher in our Lakeville location, just minutes from the communities of Lakeville, Apple Valley, Rosemount and Farmington.

We're located right behind the Hy-Vee in Lakeville, a short 15 minute drive against traffic from the Mall of America!

Lead teachers on the preschool teaching team work with assistant teachers to create and implement daily lesson plans and receive paid planning time outside of the classroom.

A qualified candidate must be energetic and should have at least 1 full year of experience as a lead teacher in a preschool or young elementary school setting or be a recent graduate just finishing student teaching. They must have an associates or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or related fields.

Lead Teachers can make $19-$21 an hour plus have access to a $1000 signing bonus and strong quarterly bonuses on top of base pay.
