Requirements…

• Appropriate transportation to install projects for your trade
• Tools. We can possibly help in this category for the right candidate
• 3 years experience in your trade.
• Ability to work “face to face” with customers. This is a lead installation position and therefore direct, daily, clear communication is required on a daily basis.
• Daily communication with your support team, “project manager / office”
• Ability to manage yourself. We don’t have babysitters. We are looking for competent installers that want security for themselves and their families.

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Install all contracts with honor, pride, and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Be a professional. Raise your game to a new level. Take pride in your work. Represent the “Major Leagues” as installer for the biggest and best Kitchen and Bath company in Colorado.
