Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in financial modeling and data including supporting the forecast and expense allocation models and drivers for various lines of business and enterprise enabled through Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology (EPBCS and PCMCS).
Position Description:
- Support the business within a center-of-excellence (COE) during quarterly forecast cycles and monthly close cycles
- Support and adhoc analysis for various EPM Projects as needed
- Ability to build and update forms as well as business rules
- Ability to support Oracle end users with tool training and Smartview support
- Strong ability to review Oracle processes/workflows and suggest changes/enhancements
- Experience with creating and providing meaningful Reporting and Analytics for end users and leadership
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting functions within an FP&A Organization
Knowledge & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or Financial Systems

5-10 years of experience in Finance or related field

2-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Essbase

Workforce Planning, PCMCS Experience a plus

Strong analytical skills

Voya is required by Colorado [or New York City] law to include the salary range for this role when it can be performed by a Colorado [or New York City] resident.
The below base salary range reflects the expected hiring range for this position in the location listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Base Salary Range: $100,150 - $133,535
