Focus Behavioral Health strives to help every individual we work with reach their full potential, and we are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with an Intellectual & Developmental Disorder (IDD) diagnosis and/or Autism. You will assist individuals to complete daily tasks, participate in community activities and achieve goals. Staff also keep notes on progress. Experience working with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism is welcomed but not needed because Focus provides a full paid training program for the right people to join our team.
