 Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures

 Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
 Participate in department meetings
 Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
 Perform turn-down service as directed
 End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart
 Participate in taking monthly linen inventory
Job Requirements:
 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
 Multi-task and detail-oriented
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
 Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills
 Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guests issues and resolving them
 Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
 Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
 Cross trained in laundry operations
