United Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced landscaping professional for a management/lead role for a well established client in East Hanover, NJ. Ideal candidates will have extensive landscaping and snow removal experience with prior management experience a plus. This will be a year round position and would require to operate company vehicles.

Pay: $33-35/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (must be flexible during busy seasons)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the landscaping and snow removal operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective completion of landscaping and snow removal projects.
• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and snow removal personnel, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Schedule and coordinate work assignments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices, promoting a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to landscaping and snow removal.
• Prepare reports, including project status, budget analysis, and employee performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscaping and snow removal operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, snow removal processes, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize work effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in using landscaping and snow removal equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to landscaping and snow removal.
