Compensation:

Meadowbrook Country Club offers a competitive hourly wage, plus full benefits package and paid time off. $15 - $16/ hour to start, based on experience.

• Full -Time and Part-Time Hourly Positions
• Up to 25 - 40 hours per week available
• Must work at least 5 shifts per week; 4-6 hour shifts

Job Description:

The Ladies Locker Room Attendant is responsible for professionally and efficiently maintaining the Ladies Locker Room areas and fulfilling members and their guests’ needs and requests. Ensures member, guest and management satisfaction and provides the highest quality service. Performs all work in accordance with essential functions and responsibilities as described below and in the spirit of the Club’s mission and vision.

Covid-19 safety protocols are in place to protect attendants, members, and guests. The attendant must be comfortable wearing a mask for each shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests and anticipates requests. Creates an environment that facilitates a welcoming, enjoyable Club experience.
• Assign lockers with locks and shoe storage spaces to members/guests.
• Maintain list of locker/lock and shoe storage space users.
• Cleans and repairs shoes for members and guests
• Refill and stock soaps, paper products and locker room. amenities as needed.
• Clean Locker Room daily including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, mirrors, trash removal, restrooms, and showers.
• Assist Housekeeper with daily laundry duties.
• Assist Housekeeping as required.
• Set-up daily beverage and snack area.
• Works in a positive, cooperative, and pleasant manner with members, colleagues, and management.
• Fulfill job requirements of a housekeeper when scheduled as such.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping and Fitness.

Qualifications

• Female candidate required.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• References required

General Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, and Club members
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check

• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, lifting, bending, reaching, communicating effective and visual acuity.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals and comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department, etc.
• Working knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
• Requires indoor and occasional outdoor labor. Temperature generally is moderate and controlled.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced service environment and have the ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• housekeeping/cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
• hotel housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

• driver's license (Preferred)
