**Shift: Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm
**High School Diploma or GED not required but preferred**
In an air-conditioned warehouse and laboratory environment:
- Report to Sample Preparation and Grinding Leader.
- Unload and organize boxes from delivery vehicles as needed.
- Move agriculture samples through building as required.
- Scan barcodes on boxes and bags into customer system.
- Open, prepare, and inspect agriculture samples for drying.
- Scan barcodes and load agriculture samples into ovens.
- Grind agriculture samples with customer equipment.
- Maintain sample identification organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
1. Ability to follow job training and instruction.
2. Ability to follow customer drug and alcohol policy.
3. Ability to follow customer safety policy.
4. Ability to follow customer work/break schedules.
5. Ability to follow customer conduct policy.
6. Ability to stand in place for extended periods of time.
7. Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indianapolis, IN 46231: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Phlebotomy: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CNA (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- Medical Technologist (Preferred)
