Responsibilities:
LMI is currently seeking an Knowledge Management Analyst to support creating, capturing, storing, sharing, and effectively managing the knowledge and experience of employees to increase the program team's overall knowledge and increase knowledge transfer. The Knowledge Management Analyst seeks to improve efficiency, productivity and retain critical information within the program/project

- Develop Knowledge/Content/Document Management Plans
- Map and document processes, exploring new and innovative ways of capturing knowledge and expertise
- Use SharePoint and related software to manage the production and maintenance of documentation
- Document and communicate best practices in knowledge management
- Support organization and administration of large, complex programs
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of experience in project management, financial management, communications and/ or data analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including video-teleconferencing tools similar to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Experience writing Standard Operationg Procedures (SOPs), mapping and documenting processes
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired:
- Advanced SharePoint skills
- PMP
- Prior experience providing knowledge maangement support to large program teams
