Kitchen Supervisor Job Description


Availability: Full time position Monday - Saturday


Morning Supervisor availability: 6:00am-3:30pm

Night Supervisor availability: 3:00pm-11:00pm


Must have Friday and Saturday availability


Sunday's OFF


Employee Meals, Health Care, and 401k available

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
  • Running the kitchen team and food processes during their shifts
  • Monitoring labor and making necessary adjustments
  • Supporting other leaders
  • Guardian of excellence in cleanliness, food prep, and quality
  • Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
  • Maintaining a LEAN production environment
  • Coaching, evaluation, and providing accountability for kitchen team members on their shifts


Key Activities and Behavioral Traits -
A Supervisor should:

o Work a minimum of 34 (+) hours per week with a flexible schedule to include Fridays and Saturdays

o Focus on coaching towards all related goals during their shifts

o Effectively coach and give direction to Team Members

o Enthusiastically and passionately lead their team during their shifts

o Serve as an example for Team Members

o Be professional and mature


REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide a full resume
  • Have extensive experience in a Restaurant, Hospitality Role, or other Business-related Leadership area
  • Have supervised teams of significant size
  • You many be asked to provide references that verify performance of the duties described above
  • Be responsible for operations within the Kitchen and Back of House
