WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a junior videographer who is comfortable in a studio environment, can adjust lighting and cameras within each video set and can be solely responsible for day-to-day operations within our studio. This person is someone who will be able to command various cameras and can learn to do basic editing within the Adobe Creative Suite.

ABOUT THE JOB
Participate in pre-production and production within the studio. Skilled camera operator, lighting and experience with audio, color correcting and music to help produce various social media videos.
A high-level performer in this role has at least 1-year experience as a full-time videographer, preferably in a studio or professional environment. This person is an active participant in all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.Essential functions of the job include:

• Operate all our cameras and adjust lighting throughout all our various studio sets. Responsibilities include: capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, media management and archiving project media.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to create project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with our team to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content needed daily
• Performs other duties, as assigned, including handling deliveries and equipment set up
• Manage archival footage and digital assets

Record and edit video projects

• Capture/import media
• Create and edit basic graphics including titling and Adobe After Effects

Planning and prep for video shoots

• Operate all cameras, audio and lighting within the studio
• Ensure all gear is prepped and ready for use
• Manage all video sets

Media Management

• Ensure all media is labeled and filed properly
• Locate archived media quickly and readily as necessary
• Ensure all active and archived media is saved and stored properly

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of interview lighting, cinema camera operation, cinematography techniques, audio capture
• Experience using various cameras (Canon and JVC)
• Experience working in a studio setting or internal video team
• Ability to work autonomously at video shoots, and provide clear creative direction
• Naturally curious, charismatic, and passionate attitude; “Glass half full” demeanor
• Highly self-driven sense of motivation
• Fanatical attention to detail, and ability to identify issues with audio and video recording and troubleshoot in real time.
• Demonstrated effective time management skills
• Exceptional, active listener
• Desire working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Full Time
40,000-50,000 yearly salary
