We are growing! We have several production associate positions – both full-time and part-time – available today. Junior Production Associate

As a Junior Production Associate, your work is an essential part of our production process. You will assist in crafting high-quality personalized gifts, like monogrammed stemless glassware. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in several different types of production tasks and skills. For example, you may be asked to prepare items for decoration by creating and applying an acetate sheet (contact paper) to many different designs and styles. Or, you may be applying a gold decal to a personalized Christmas ornament that a family will treasure for many years.

Job requirements:

• All employees must complete SGC's training program
• Meet daily production quota (as specified by your team Lead)
• Come to work every day with a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Be adaptable and open to being trained to work in multiple departments
• Read and follow work orders to fulfill customer specifications
• Indicate the best placement of artwork/design on the glass
• Prepare and organize customer orders for the dishwashing and quality control team
• Perform quality control by making sure each piece meets our high quality standards

Additional role details:

• You may need to stand for up to 8 hours. There are two, 15-minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break. Work may be repetitive at times.
• In general, work hours are from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00PM. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
• Pay begins at $10 to $14 per hour, with many opportunities for growth and advancement
