Position Responsibilities:
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports for various departments within the organization by retrieving and merging data from multiple sources; review and validate the data, identify outliers/inaccuracies;
- Perform data imports into HR systems for mass changes;
- Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms;
- Configure company settings for all HR systems;
- Write reports and generate data for uploads to vendor systems;
- Recommend workflow for automations and process improvements;
- Develop and maintain user documentation for HR systems;
- Maintain and update Org chart;
- Provide end user support for HR systems;
- Assist with other projects as a member of the human resources team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, human resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience;
- Two or more years of experience performing analysis of complex HR systems (ideally with UKG and PDI), data, and processes, and using advanced computer skills and MS Office analysis functionalities;
- **Strong understanding of data confidentiality needs (SOX compliance knowledge a strong plus);
- Ability to recognize the short and long-term impact of changes made in the HRIS on the integrity of data and the information provided to the business;
- Solution and detail oriented, data centric, and adaptable with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment; and
- Strong ability to communicate data in a way that allows various individuals to make informed decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,488.06 - $105,319.43 per year
