Position Responsibilities:

• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for various departments within the organization by retrieving and merging data from multiple sources; review and validate the data, identify outliers/inaccuracies;
• Perform data imports into HR systems for mass changes;
• Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms;
• Configure company settings for all HR systems;
• Write reports and generate data for uploads to vendor systems;
• Recommend workflow for automations and process improvements;
• Develop and maintain user documentation for HR systems;
• Maintain and update Org chart;
• Provide end user support for HR systems;
• Assist with other projects as a member of the human resources team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, human resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience;
• Two or more years of experience performing analysis of complex HR systems (ideally with UKG and PDI), data, and processes, and using advanced computer skills and MS Office analysis functionalities;
• **Strong understanding of data confidentiality needs (SOX compliance knowledge a strong plus);
• Ability to recognize the short and long-term impact of changes made in the HRIS on the integrity of data and the information provided to the business;
• Solution and detail oriented, data centric, and adaptable with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment; and
• Strong ability to communicate data in a way that allows various individuals to make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,488.06 - $105,319.43 per year
