You will be working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will train them to sort, hang, clean, sanitize, items in the store as well as help them with getting ready to gain community employment. You will be working with them as well with daily life goals that they would like to accomplish. You will be teaching them to run a register and helping them clean the the store.
We offer all major holidays off, part time and full time positions in either our Fallon or Fernley stores, a 401K which we match at 3%, paid vacation after one year, and a 90 day, 1 year, and yearly raises.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, must be 18 or older. Must be able to pass both federal and state background checks.
