Bearfruit is a jewelry retail/franchising company located in Irvine, CA.
We are looking for a store manager to lead our retail locations in the Los Angeles area. The key objective of this position is to exponentially grow the business, develop team members who will go above and beyond, and build long-lasting customer relations.
Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Developing staff as individuals and into a team
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the retail store
- Analyzing and planning sales levels and profitability
- Creating and executing plans for profit and staff development
- Coordinating the entire operation during the scheduled shifts
- Managing staff throughout their shifts and providing them feedback
- Consistently recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
- Ensuring all customers receive good service
- A friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to keep a clean work environment
- Oversee multiple locations
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2 years+ of Store Manager experience in a retail environment
