We're looking for a Manager, IT Vendor Operations to join Snap!
What you’ll do:

Shape the Snap IT vendor strategy while contributing both technical and business expertise.

Operate as a point of contact and hub between IT, our portfolio of vendors and internal Snap partners such as HR, Legal, and sourcing.

Own the full lifecycle of a vendor engagement from contract negotiations, resource activation, project implementation, and ongoing health of the service.

Setup and drive monthly or quarterly business reviews. Establishing a regular review of performance metrics and service scorecards.

Assure appropriate governance with all managed vendors; including contract terms, SOWs, MSAs, SLAs and OLAs are appropriately communicated, tracked and known to the business.

Develop and manage a calendar for visibility into renewals, negotiation roadmaps, and procurement coordination amongst various IT managers.

Develop close relationships with internal business owners and technical teams to collect expectations, scope and requirements for vendor performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Strong knowledge of transactional best practices, purchase controls, vendor negotiations, & contract/vendor management systems

Strong metric focus to demonstrate success and opportunities
-
Familiarity with with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
-
3+ years of experience as an IT people manager or as a lead overseeing IT contracts, procurement, and vendor management
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience implementing vendor management systems
-
Experience producing written reports on work performed, KPIs, cost optimization, and/or IT operations
-
Experience overseeing the work of IT vendors, including contract governance and delivery controls, as well as developing operational agreements and documenting/resolving performance issues

Experience coordinating and orchestrating vendor performance reviews

For NY based applicants:

The standard base salary range for this position is $145,000 - 165,000 annually

This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash bonus

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
