IT Technician Pay: Depends on experience Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Job Description: Back office includes both the technical aspects related to the production and exercise of typical business functions (technical office, program management office, project management office, distribution chain management, etc.) and the management activities of the organization (business administration, general affairs, personnel management) and administrative procedures. In practice, the back office is everything that the customer (or user) does not see, but is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. Must be able to know how to manage through Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Setting up computers for new/existing employees Adding new computers to company domain Installing software needed for employees depending on position Coordinating with Italy office for changes to the network or major issues Troubleshoot any issues users may have with their computer or warehouse scanners Coordinate with PRTC (ISP) with any issues that need to be elevated to them Help coworkers installing new hardware/monitors as needed.
