Our Global Partner in the Aerospace & Defense industry is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join there team in East Hartford, CT! Our client is looking for top notch IT Support Specialist to support their key Research Center in the US! With this being such a large environment, ticket volume is high, providing a huge opportunity to work in a large enterprise getting exposure across a Fortune 50 organization. Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting PC, hardware, desktop, and peripherals at an enterprise level
  • Hands-on experience working with Windows 10 & 11 in a Domain Environment

o Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Active Directory, VPN, & Microsoft Teams

  • Mobile device management experience with both IOS & Android devices
  • Experience with AV/ teleconferencing equipment.
  • Understanding of network connectivity/cabling and networking, and Active Directory
  • EXCELLENT communication and Customer Service mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with end users at RTRC and supporting the hardware infrastructure that is not third party supported
  • Providing client facing onsite deskside support as well as in-call phone/live chat diagnostics and troubleshooting and accurately documenting all incidents & problems issues.
  • Provides software, hardware installation and support for desktops and laptops.
  • Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repair PCs, associated software, network peripherals.
  • Provide support for Engineering and other non-third party supported software including installation, licensing and in-depth troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
