JOB SUMMARY:
Improves the level of service to users by establishing a central point that users can contact to report problems or address questions and requests related to production jobs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for assisting users with data processing inquiries and providing solutions to presented user problems.
- Hold a daily problem reporting review in order to solve user problems.
- Effectively evaluating user problems is keeping up-to-date with equipment, system software, and production jobs.
- Evaluate users' problems, determine if the problems are user, software, or equipment related, and then assign the problems to the appropriate area for problem resolution.
Requirements:
- 1 year of data processing experience, and well-developed interpersonal skills in order to competently perform required
- High school diploma required
