IT Specialist Job at Signature Solar LLC
Responsible for delivering a high quality and quick response that adapts to various troubleshooting or set up needs, ensuring employee uptime. A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues with computers, IP based phones, Printers and other office equipment.
- Installing and configuring new computers, IP based phones, printers and other office equipment.
- Maintaining a log of work done as well as actions taken to resolve the issue at hand.
- Aiding in the deployment and configuration of new Network equipment such as Firewalls, Modems, and Network Switches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues with users or networks
- Assisting team members with special projects as assigned.
- Assisting in maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment
- All other duties as assigned
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to think on your feet and display effective critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or in some cases alone
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and the use of assessment tools and documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months IT helpdesk or equivalent experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including possible after hours or weekends.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and or Security+ preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
