IT Clinical Systems Analyst Job at Copley Health Systems
Overview:
The IT Clinical Systems Analyst serves as a point of contact, systems analyst, project coordinator and advocate for Copley's clinical systems, including CPSI / Evident, eClinicalWorks and others.
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer and system support for CPSI and eClinicalWorks including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Acts as a liaison with the CPSI and EHR vendors’ technical support.
- Assumes special projects as directed and documents them appropriately.
- Assists in maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels.
- Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings.
- Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff.
- Maintains CPSI, eClinicalWorks and other system configurations and tables
- Performs routine system maintenance.
- Provides coverage for helpdesk functions.
- Participates in periodic on-call coverage.
- Other related duties as required.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in information technology, business or clinical field or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Desired Experience and Knowledge:
- Implementation and support of enterprise systems, working with a non-technical clinical user community, working on teams consisting of non-technical employees and vendor personnel, process mapping and the application of continuous quality improvement principles.
- Clinical experience as a licensed professional utilizing EHR and other technology.
- Three years experience, utilizing or supporting IT in the healthcare industry.
- In depth knowledge of CPSI / Evident and eClinicalWorks.
