twenty2 is a female-led, high end private label wallpaper and textiles production company. We assist artists and designers in developing innovative digital wallpaper and textile collections and custom projects.

We are located in Bantam, CT and this role will require being able to work there.

However, we are scheduled to move to a new location in Naugatuck at the end of 2023.

Information Technology Department Overview

The twenty2 IT department is well suited to those who enjoy continuously learning and growing to keep pace with an evolving company. We manage a diverse range of tasks, from company wide system development and implementation, to training our team members, to creating and posting simple signage and maintaining the cleanliness of our equipment. Curious, organized, and persistent skillsets are a good match for this department.

Onsite IT Assistant

Responsibilities

• Technical support
  • Level 1 helpdesk for staff
  • Manage support tickets with IT contractor to resolve more complex issues
  • Manage cyber security training platform for staff
• Admin support
  • Create written and visual technical instructions in accessible terms for staff
  • Research, trial, and recommend new hardware and software, as requested
  • Create training materials and signage for staff and factory
• Assist senior IT on a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Installing patches and other updates
  • Physical device maintenance
  • Training staff on company systems

Skills

• Proficient in macOS and iOS
• Familiar with Windows and Android
• Proficient or familiar with Google Workspace
• Analytical diagnosing, problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong task management and followthrough on projects to successful completion
• Ability to stay apprised of and meet deadlines
• Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects
• Drive to troubleshoot to extent of skills before escalating to senior staff, if needed
