Imperial Asset Management is a real estate asset management company based in Tampa, Fl that is in the business of buying, improving, and renting residential properties for long-term appreciation.
We have a Private Placement (PPM) that will be raising capital to acquire additional properties. Our fund seeks individuals that are frustrated with the current stock market volatility and looking for a product that will pay a stable and consistent return of 10%+ and provide a consistent monthly dividend. Our product is backed by income producing real estate and we have a proven track record with excellent references.
We are looking for a seasoned VP of Finance that has a strong track record of raising capital from retail clients. You will be responsible for heading up the capital raising as well as building relationships with financial advisors that have a book of business that they can market our product to.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building sales teams & have connections of reps with a clientels and/or retail clients that we can onboard in short order.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
