Investment Advisor Representative Job at MassMutual Puerto Rico
Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Investment Advisor to join our team. As an Investment Advisor you will build deeper client relationships providing advice and support helping clients meet their financial needs, while growing assets under management.
In this consultative position, you can offer a broad spectrum of solutions, taking a more holistic and comprehensive approach that fit their life stages by:
- Building relationships. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through an above and beyond service/client support model.
- mproved client retention. Providing superior ongoing service and recurring communication are key factors in client satisfaction.
- Collaborative practices. With their breadth of program solutions and clients, advisory practices may be more attractive for assignment or transitioning to other equally qualified IA-Reps.
- Client service. You can provide a broader spectrum of services to address client concerns.
- Meeting client needs. Clients seeking professional investment management and advice are a driving force behind the growth of advisory practices.
Qualifications:
- BA, BS, graduate degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Series 65 or Series 66 (required)
- Series 7 (required)
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Interpersonal skills and customer service focus
