Position Summary:
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis inventory in accordance with company policy and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. This position requires a high attention to detail and compliance mindset. This position answers to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Fulfillment Manager and the Processing Dept.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrate Dutchie and Metrc systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all system data
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Inventory Counts
  • Investigate and problem solve all product inventory issues, i.e.; shortages, conversion product loss, product documentation completion, product re-work, etc;
  • Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
  • Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and resolve them.
  • Solving Dutchie and METRC integration errors
  • Responsible for conducting and recording extraction and manufacturing conversions in METRC
  • Coordinate with Extraction, Processing, and Fulfillment to oversee testing process
  • Unwavering compliance with state/local regulations and company policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Record Keeping
  • Maintaining compliance of vault and inventory.
  • Maintaining waste and proper disposal logs
  • Maintain knowledge of all system/policy changes in METRC and LeafLogix
  • Maintain knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Regulations

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Above average math skills
  • Advanced proficiency with METRC seed-to-sale software
  • Experience with the use of Dutchie
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts policies and regulations governing recreational / medical cannabis production
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills and strong analytical and PC skills
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Ability to complete multiple projects with excellent follow-through
  • Works well in a team environment but also exhibits excellent time-management and self-direction
  • High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
  • Can physically lift and balance up to 60lbs, 100lbs with assistance
  • Experience training and supervising others
  • Minimum of 2 years of cannabis industry experience
  • Minimum of 1 year inventory management experience in cannabis production

Work Hours :
The Inventory Manager role is a full-time position. Full-time employees will be expected to work a minimum of 32 hours a week and schedules will be determined based upon the evolving needs of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
